Terms of Service

The service
The $MOTION protocol is a closed tipping protocol on X (Twitter). In the closed network, allocators tip $MOTION to accounts. Tips vest over 60 days, and participants may submit claims on Robinhood Chain. V1 burns are historical. The V2 burn formula evaluates to zero, so no V2 burn is signed or broadcast. The protocol also offers an optional flow to link an Ethereum-compatible wallet to an X account. By using the service, you accept these terms.
No financial advice, no promised value
Nothing here is investment, legal, or tax advice. $MOTION tokens have no promised value, yield, or utility beyond the protocol mechanics described on this site. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk; you may receive nothing.
Linking and eligibility
Linking requires signing a message with a wallet you control and verifying an X account you control. One verified wallet per X account and one verified X account per wallet. You are responsible for your wallet keys and X account security; we can never recover them. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and not prohibited by applicable law from using this service.
Fair use
Engagement farming with inauthentic accounts, sybil rings, automation that violates X’s terms, or attempts to disrupt the protocol’s infrastructure may result in exclusion from the closed network and linking without notice.
No warranty, limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the protocol operators are not liable for any losses arising from use of the service, including token value changes, missed rewards, chain or provider outages, data errors, or third-party actions.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes are published on this page with an updated date above. Continued use after a change is acceptance of the revised terms.
